When you enter your personal information, payment information and submit the order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the order. This email is only an acknowledgment of receipt of the order and does not constitute an acceptance of the order. Delivery and Pickup
When you place an order on the website, you will be notified of an expected delivery time. Our team will try our best to complete the delivery within the estimated time, but we cannot guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you within the estimated time.
We insure each order in transit until the item is delivered or picked up. When you pick up the item, you will need to sign an acknowledgment of receiving the item. After signing, you begin to take responsibility for the merchandise. If the person who picks up the goods is not the original purchaser, or the delivery is a gift, it means that you accept the signature of the above-mentioned person as proof of delivery and indicate that we have completed your order, and at the same time accept the transfer of relevant responsibilities. We want to give you the best online shopping experience, so we have a free, no questions asked returns policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the item, you can return the item for a full refund.
a) Customers can return items within 7 days of ordering.
b) Returned merchandise must be in its original condition: unworn/used, in undamaged original branded box and bag, and with all price tags intact.
If you wish to return an item, please complete the returns form you received with delivery and return it to our address with the item in its original packaging. If you did not keep the purchase form, please call our Customer Service Team and a replacement will be emailed to you.
Please note that there are no refundable shipping charges for returns.
